Training Peaks - Awesome app and website where you can plan your workouts and track your progress. You can purchases training plans or if you have a coach they can upload workouts for you. It's what the DC Tri Club's Olympic Distance Speed Program and Ironman Program use to give us our training plan. The basic account is free, but it's worth upgrading to the Premium account, because you get benefits from the training and fitness analysis features they have. You can manually enter workouts or Garmin and Timex have applications that enable you to upload all your training details.
Reviews of some of their workouts coming soon!

PearSports $99.95 - The creators of Pear describe it as a smart training system that coaches you in real-time. When you buy a PearSports system you get a HR monitor and earphones and then you download the matching iPhone app. In the app (and on their website) you can download paid and many free training programs and workouts. Many of the workouts are based on heart rate training zones and during the workouts you are provided audio coaching and real-time heart rate zone feedback. They also add tips and form checks and you can add a playlist.
